A Letter To My Clients

I am honored by the opportunity to represent you with such an important life event. If hiring a professional you can
trust, rely on, and enjoy working with is a priority for you, then we would make a great team! My outgoing, positive and
transparent personality has allowed me to easily establish meaningful relationships throughout the community and my
industry. I approach each new client in the same manner- I get to know YOU and YOUR priorities before I begin
advising. I will always guide you with expert knowledge and advice, even if that means talking you out of a sale.
My work stems from relationships and referrals. Putting my client’s priorities before my own has been the key to
that success.

One unique experience that I bring to our partnership is that prior to being a Realtor I worked as a CPA in public
accounting for almost 8 years. The tremendous variation in industry experiences has exposed me to a wealth of
knowledge you can only come by, working in that field. In 2019, I pivoted into full-time real estate and have found a far
greater passion in this service; however, I have brought so much of my financial background with me. My approach is
customized through my love of helping and advising people but is grounded by a wholistic financial knowledge. I am
truly fulfilled by forming life-long relationships with my clients, and finding continuous ways to assist them, far past the
closing table. I take pride in sharing helpful resources as well as recommending personally selected, dedicated industry
professionals whom I can trust to provide additional resources to my clients when needed.

Since beginning my real estate career in 2019 I’ve been able to help over 170 families buy or sell their home with over
$45M in sales. I have been recognized by the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors as either being in the top 10%
or top 5% for the past 5 years. Throughout my professional careers I have served on multiple non-profit boards and
have donated countless hours of my time serving the community. Currently, I am serving as a member on the
Rochester Education Foundation Finance Committee and the GRAR Tech Committee.

Both personally and professionally, I believe there is “no place like home”. My husband, Jordan, and I live in Victor with
our 3 wonderfully wild boys, Ezra (2019), Sonny (2022) and Marino (2023). In 2023, we adopted our perfect pup,
Gemma, to complete our family! My husband and I grew up together in Geneva, NY on Seneca Lake, which is where I
split my time both personally and professionally. We love the Finger Lakes in the summer and fall and try to spend as
many weekends as we can there with our family. We love it so much that we have invested in the area and are running
our first Airbnb this year! In my free time I love to volunteer, be outdoors, play piano, and have become quite the chef!
